Tried a new car wax

I waxed my car 3 wks ago getting it ready 4 winter. I tried a liquid wax for the 1st time. I'm getting too old for the work involved with my favorite paste wax. (Turtle Wax Platnum) I used Mcguire's liquid. It went on and came off easy, left a good shine. Too bad it didn't last TWO WEEKS!!! This is unacceptable!!! This really bothers me beacuse I just took all of the old wax off with a clay bar. Winter is comming fast and I don't have the time or the weather to do it over and over all winter. Today I tried my brother's wax. He is very lazy when it comes to car care. It was a spray on/wipe off nano-wax from Eagle-1. It sounds hokey to me,but it went on very fast and easy. I just hope it will last the winter. The paste wax I used to use lasted 6 months!

Can anyone tell me if this is a good wax? Or is there a better spray on/wipe off wax? Or am I just going to have to suffer the aches and pains that go with using a paste wax if I want the protection and shine to last?

Xymol FTW. It's pricey, but has a higher carnauba content (the good stuff). I use the McGuires paint cleaner and polish, and finish with the Xymol wax.

Which Meguiars product did you use? Their wax is very good. I use their cleaner wax on the wife's car and I use their Gold Class on my Subie and they last very well for me, and I live in road salt USA.
