looks awesome.....i would do it to mine but i live in Mass and they will pretty much give you a ticket for anything.. You think you will have any problems with this in Conn?
There is a company or two that sells "pre-cut" tint, or you can buy your own. I have actually even seen a few people paint them, but IMHO it doesnt turn out as well usually.

That looks AMAZING! Even if you only painted the chrome strip that makes a world of difference. You're making me want to mod my car more and more, haha
the guy that did mine didnt use a film, its real paint and real clearcoat...so the finish is flawless! if you are interested in getting something done, he has a site (Flips Custom Tails) and im sure he could ship overseas as well.....

I always thought you were allowed to have your tail lights tinted just not your head lights in Mass?
I'd be willing to bet that it's illegal to have anything covering any D.O.T. approved headlight or tail light on any car in any state. Although I think it usually looks pretty good and I have my own tail lights tinted, I don't see how tinting a light could have any positive effects on the general public. If anything, it's more dangerous because it reduces the amount of visible light that's seen by other drivers. It's not like the lights are blinding other drivers and they would benefit from some level of tinting - maybe some HIDs do, but that's another topic.
