It looks nice like it is, I wouldnt change it. But if you do, how about red to go with the other accents. I think it was this site where someones avatar has red wheels; very nice look.

Id go powder coat! I like the outrageous colors...or black. And if you were thinking about a spraypaint job, dont...I have picture proof. Powder coat is the way to go.

How about these "wheels". Sorry to jack your thread. I was looking for a picture of a wrx with red wheels when i came across this. I couldnt find the red wheel pic yet. It looked good though.

Well not on a gray car, but use your imagination. Or photo shop em. These pics are from the NASIOC site.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm considering a powder coat red or maybe a white just to change it up. Still need to research more!

I love the red wheels, but I think it would be to much red with all of it. But what to I know, it might be really slick. I think it will be more of a hit or miss. But go for it, Ive never seen one like it.

i would pick red as a first choice, but I came across this today. Sure its paint and might not last as long, but its paint, buy an extra can. I have seen wheels painted with a rattle can before and they can look nice....... STi & WRX Performance Parts: GrimmSpeed Gold Wheel Paint (Matches Gold STi Wheels!) then finish it off with these http://www.colorlugs.com/colors.htm a cheap way to add color. I might get a set of black since my car and wheels are powder coated black. Alot cheaper that black lugs; and if they look bad, im only out a few dollars.

Keep them dark and powder coat them. Painting will work for a while, but one good winter and no more paint...

Off topic... Where did score the red badge on the hatch, or did you DIY ? thanks, that would look good on my blue ridge pearl wagon.

And now, back to your regularly scheduled powder coat thread

Cullen, its probably a DIY, but I have seen people snag up extras, paint them and then sell them on ebay or something like that.
