mod of 04-05 taillights

How do I make my taillights light up like that ^^ when I turn the lights on? Ive seen this topic on this forum before but cant seem to find it now so sorry for the repost.

I haven't done this, but it seems there is a couple ways of doing it.

wow i just realised my wagons lights look nothing like that, it doesnt seem possible.
