Because despite much available information on why you should not do it, people either ignore it or don't even bother educating themselves to begin with and do it anyways.

And I'm angry because my tuner is trying to screw with me by wanting to charge me full price AGAIN after he just tuned my car 900 miles ago and never even finished that tune. As it sits, my car is sitting with a blank ECU at another shop where repairs are having to be put on hold after it was tuned yesterday making 40 whp less than it did before when I now have a decently larger turbo and cams because my tuner is a child.

Basco i know my fogs don't do anything and as of now I dont have hid fogs have not decided to do em or not.
