Oil Temp is also important.... Albeit not as important as the Flux Capacitor and Quartz clock.

The Lotek A-pillar pod actually replaces the stock A-pillar cover completely which is nice if you ever want to return the car to stock. The texture and grey paint match the stock pillars pretty closely too which is nice. You do have to drill into the metal of the stock A-pillar to hold the Lotek piece in position, but I didn't think that was a big deal.

The A-pillar gauges do block some visibility, but it's not difficult to move your head to see around them when you need to. There is some window glare, but I almost always drive with my windows down, so it's rarely an issue. Even with the windows up, I've gotten used to it, so it's not that bad. I think it's cool when the car next to you can see your gauges

There are pros and cons to everything, so just do what you like.
