Foglight covers

I bought some foglight covers, they are identical to the sti mesh covers, their black. honestly I don't know how to install them, I have all my foglights and everything in there taken out since I put in my fmic. Does anyone have an idea how I can have them put in? I seen a guy had the same greddy fmic put in his car and has the same covers installed so what the heck am I doing wrong?

The bracket mounts to the screw that holds in the fog light. If you have taken all that out, I can't be much help.
