Grounding kits look cool in the engine compartment, kind of old school but a good look if done right.

+1 again, cable management helps. You can change out the standard black split tube for almost any color you want. There is all kinds of tubing you can get colored. I used to know a guy who did powder-coating. Personally, I just got my WRX so I haven't gotten started with the engine compartment.

silicone hosing.. for the intake, and for the radiator looks good.. keeps heat in or out depending where it is. and it is very durable and doesnt crack like the standard black hoses found in a car.. so it looks good and has a benefit to it's existence other than looking good.
