I haven't, but at most auto parts stores they sell a little kit specifically for head lights for like $30 that has a plastic buffing agent and I think a buffing pad for a drill. It's supposed to clear them up like new. I have no clue if they work for sure, but I'd be interested to know if you want to try it.
Other than that I like very few of the ones on ebay, just a set that's always on there for like $1100, and they're not even morrette's.

it depends if it is foggy on the outside or inside of the lens, if its on the outside you can wet sand it with 2000 grit wet\dry, then buff it. if its on the inside you have to split the light and do the same on the inside.

What Chase described as above works. At least on helicopters. Just take your time and you wont know the difference.

There's a used Avo TMIC on ebay right now from a performance shop (I think that's what they are) for $400. That's half price and the best intercooler per dollar by far on ebay. I didn't want to let the cat outta the bag in case I wanted it, but I probably won't get it right now.

Here it is: eBay Motors: AVO Top Mount Intercooler for Subaru Impreza WRX TMIC (item 260364317378 end time May-18-09 23:43:50 PDT)

That AVO one? You need to either runn after market BPV or put a flange/adaptor on it. To me the best bet to go is still an APS TMIC if you are sticking with stock placement of the I/C.

For half price I think it's completely worth it, since the APS is also about $850 new.

I thought you were gonna try to clean up the stockers and put the money to good use. As for the Random ebay topmounts, I'd say there's a good reason that they sell for 100-200 dollars brand new.

TurboXS is huge, I have heard of fitment issue for/with it though. You can get a brand new APS for $700 shipped if you shop around. And like stated, start with the cheap way of trying to clean them up. With some good time and dedication it should turn out great.
