Disable DRLs in US 2003 WRX?

anyone know how to disable the daytime running lights in a 2003 US wrx. i looked at the post on how to disable them in a 2002 but i cant find the harnesses that he's talking about. i unplugged just about every white harness and none of them was it. if no one knows how i might open up the e-brake assembly and find the trigger in there that makes them come on.

they should be wired into the park brake switch....can change that, but will cause brake light to be on all the time. see if you see a DRL relay in the relay box.....lemme see if i can get some wiring diagrams from work tomorow, and ill let you know.

Scoobymods is the way to go.

Yes, unplugging is the easiest and least intrusive (so it goes back together easily). Only thing is you can hear it click when you actually turn on the headlights/parking lights, but that's a non-issue.
