Defi Guage wiring

Hey guys quick question. I bought my subi not too long ago, and it has an aftermarket Defi boost gauge mounted on the panel. But the backlight never comes on, well tonight I started chasing wires and surprise, the wires are just chilling, not even hooked up. I don't have any instructions so I am wondering where is the best place to attach the power/ground wires and figured you guys had some good methods

wrx3r is more helpful than not
depends on where the wires are running. you can ground in the engine bay and take power from the cig lighter so it turns off when the key is not in the ignition.

bigger and better than ever
