Custom subwoofer for Wagons/Sedans!

Hey guys, I discovered a thread on nasioc about a guy who makes custom sub woofer boxes for both sedans and wagons for a great price, $145 shipped. I decided to go ahead and give it a shot since JL hasn't yet designed a stealthbox for our cars yet. The box itself is made out of MDF and is wrapped in either black or gray carpet depending on the year/color of your interior. I just received the box and took a few preliminary pictures before actually getting it installed to show off the fit and finish. It will be officially installed/wired up tomorrow afternoon. I'll post updates about the sound quality. For now I'm going to be using an MTX 6000 series subwoofer (250watts rms) along with a MTX thunder 275 amp to drive it. Enjoy the pictures and if anybody else is interested in one, tell the vendor I sent you. I'll include a link to the thread. The vendor's name is Evolution Auto.

That is pretty nice. I might not mind having one of those down a the road a bit but can't afford it right now.

...it's Jason ...it's not an STi, it's a WRX.

Update:

I got everything put in and I'm very pleased with the sound quality. It actually was louder than I expected it to be. I had to dial back the gain because it was a little too much for me Anyways, I highly recommend this enclosure for anybody that wants solid bass response in a very clean stealthy package.
