Clearing headlights in an 06??

I recently just bought a 2006 WRX. I want to take out the orange inserts inside of the headlights. I have read how-to's for the 04-05 models, but was wondering if anyone has done this to the 06 model since the headlights have changed. Will this work?

Good luck, Im sure its a similar process

Dremel tool glue so on....Not worth it IMO

Not legal and if I were to mod the lights http://www.hotsubarus.com/ has some nice tints for it !Thumbs Up

If I were to take out the orange inserts, and kept the orange bulb installed, it would still flash orange. Wouldnt this be considered legal?

As i was told "Local police" on my mustang "Which i had modded lghts" that it is not legal and MUST have reflectors in the lights. Good luck man not sure. Check the laws in your area regarding this. Possible to be legal if so Im sure your the 1st to mod the lights. Do a write up with some pics bro !Thumbs Up

You can get silver bulbs that blink orange. See a lot of people that clear their headlights go with those. =)
