Car wash and STI Wing

I just got an '07 Sti and wanted to ask everyone if they take their cars through a car wash? I was concerned about the wing being damaged. What have your experiences been with your STi's wing and the carwash?

It won't get damaged. I took mine through the car wash all the time.

I agree. I only ever take my car to touchless carwashes with the water jets.. and I only do that if I absolutely have to - a.k.a. it's too cold to do it by hand or I'm feeling extremely lazy.

I didnt realize that car wash cause small scratchs. I will not be lazy and do the hand wash. But during the winter when my delicate hands might get cold, i will find a brushless car wash.

Thank you for the advice.

Black is a tough color anyway...even when you was it yourself your going to wind up with swirl marks...not much you can do about it. I wanted a black WRX but i didnt want to go through that..so i went with silver...so even when its dirty, it still looks clean
