Can anyone identify who makes these grill mods?

I am considering buying a used WRX and noticed that some grill mods have been made. However, I can't identify the manufacturer, nor can I asses how easy it would be to turn this mod to stock. Can anyone identify who makes this bodywork surrounding the grill, and tell me how nice/cheesy this might look in person? Is this a piece that is simply place over the existing bodywork, or were the body parts surrounding the grill removed and replace with this? Thanks for your help - this will be my first Subaru, so I want to start off with a decent machine.

That's a replacement piece. Finding an OEM piece will be easy.

That's a fake Liberal grille. You can buy another stock one to replace it.
