Bumper Fix

Here is my bumper, and its getting on my nerves. As you can see, the side is kinda hanging off, and there is a crack. I think there is rivets holding the top of the bumper to the a bracket, but I dont know for sure. I have never taken off a bumper or fixed one before, so how exactly do I go about doing this. I was going to stitch up the crack with zip-ties unless there is a better way. And how do I get it to seat right against the other panel? Thanks.

generally they are so cheap just buy a new/used one, you could find a used painted one cheaper than fixing that one
