body kit help

hey guys,

this is my first post and i looked all over this forum and others and couldn't find anything to help me. i recently purchased a 2002 wrx, but the whole front end has been converted to 2004 now i found a kit i liked online but it's for a 2004 wrx and i was wondering if the rear cowel and side skirts would fit on direct or if there is some minour modification needed, or if i should search for a bumper cowel and rear sections seperatly? i appologise if this was already posted but i have looked all over thanks again

kyle

Im pretty sure that front ends were the only thing different, except of course sedan and wagon be different widths also. You should be just fine with the full matched body kit.

If the kit is fiberglass its very doable. That stuff is so easy to work with and pretty much do with it what you want. I work on helicopters in the Army, so if you run into problems Im sure I could probably offer some advice as others would also.

Also remember, the tail lights on the 02-03 and 04-07 are slightly different (look at the tiny little partial circle part on the 04-07 that protrudes slightly downward into the bumper) so if you decide to go with a complete rear bumper, make sure you either swap the 02-03 tail lights to 04-07 and get an 04-07 rear bumper or keep your tail lights and get an 02-03 bumper.
