All of the pics I saw of this showed the gauge locations blocking too much. I'm keeping an eye on it but would rather just bolt in single pods to the steering column from what I've seen so far. I hope it progresses a bit and improves because it's an awesome concept.

There's still that guy on iwsti that I went to.... Send him in your pillar and he fabs 1-3 pods for you. Turn around time is about two weeks. I've had mine for a while now, and after I textured it and got a custom paint made from scanning the other pillar, it looks flawless.

have you checked the gallery section under 2nd SLA prototype. that is the final design. blocks 0% of the cluster.

i know because its in my car.

please view the website and check under gallery. give you a timeline sort of. how it started and all the way to finish. follow tabs on top. all pictures can be clicked on the be enlarged.

So it's finally in production? That'll be the route I go when I need my oil pressure and oil temp gauges after the engine is done.

My question on the pillar pod set-up is can he do it in the original tan/greyish color?

^It's close but I repainted mine when I got it.

Took the cover for the screw to home depot, had a custom paint made. Then I textured it with some krylon texture paint, and painted over the texture with my new tan in a spray bottle.

Cost <$10 and it's a pretty darn good match.
