Wires placement?

Hi I am new to this site, a friend has a 05 wrx impresa, he had the transmission out for repairs now that it is together the only thing that is holding him up is 3 wires, two that are white and black with the nylon over them close by the throttle body. the other one by the transmission. he doesnt remember where they go, i know that isnt much to go on, but i am trying to get him some ideas lol...he is about an hour from me so i cant see what he is talking about. any ideas with such limited information hehehe thx

Tell him to post pics of the wires and where they are sitting.

It looks like the only three wires going to the transmission attach on the top (unless maybe the picture is upside down?).
