White Smoke

I have installed an Invidia cat back and a down pipe on a 02 wrx. Every so often there is some white to grey smooke that will come out when it idles, like when the turbo timer is running? Is this just extra fuel, I am getting some fuel managment later this week. It seems to be running fine and that smoke does stop. Thanks

Probably grease and other "crap" burning off the downpipe. Odds are you only see the smoke when the car isn't moving? It should go away in a week.

Whatley.

If you see blue smoke then you got a problem because thats oil. White is fine though.

Well it is not grease because that burnt off a few weeks ago. It only concerns me because it does it for over a minute sometimes. We will see after we install some fuel managment.

Well I am not too worried about it but it is a bit odd and makes you turn red when it does it in the parking lot of some mall or something. It does this after it has been running for a bit on the cool down not when i start it up that is what makes me somewhat concerned. I think she will be ok though.

Well it sounds pretty good. It is louder than I expected though. I am happy. I will see about a sound clip it would come off of a phone so who knows how it will sound.
