Vacuum hose replacement

Ok I am currently changing out All of my old hoses to samco hoses ,I also ordered new vacuum lines ,Now before I go in and just swap those out I want to try and clarify something.

Car is a 2002 wrx(Stock Turbo) has full turbo back , Uppipe , and is tuned with a Utec and what I would guess to be a auxiliary boost controller under the hood, All this was done by a professional.
That said would/should the restrictor pill still be used in this application , Is there a hose I shouldnt change,Part I need?

Any help would be appreciated!

Only thing I can suggest is keep the pill. From what I've been told, only time you want to remove the pill is when you go with a larger turbo.
