vac gauge

Hi, usually my gauge reads 20 at idle. But yest and today at idle it was reading 17. I have TBE short ram intake and cobb ap. any one help me??

no i raced someone and right after i did that i let my car run and cool down and noticed that it was at 17 so i was like what ever maybe tom it will go back. But it didnt it stays at 17
