Using more gas than normal

My car seems to be running fine but i'm using a full tank of gas on a trip that used to only use half. I've checked for the obvious leaking lines or tank and everything is dry. Also my driving style has stayed pretty much the same while I've been trying to figure this out. My friends say change the spark plugs and some say possible miss fire but like i said the car seems to be running fine so i'm stumped any suggestions?

Possibly the winter mix you filled up on ?

Did you use a new gas station that you never filled up from before a trip?

I've never really noticed that as a problem before... but maybe it could be becoming a problem? i'll try using the same gas station and see if it changes anything.

Also, if this is your first time pumping E10, it could hurt the mileage.

I've noticed since I moved from Utah to Nebraska my mileage has tanked. Elevation helped out a lot I guess.

Good point.... you could try filling up a couple times at the same station to see if it gets better with the ECU learning.
