umm...... I realy don't know

Well I've tried and tried and tried but I can't Find out what and where this noise is coming from! The sound only realy happen when it sits over night and I start it in the morning it idles rough and it sounds like a stuck lifter or something knocking in the engine and I can feel it in the Clutch, Brake and Gas pedels as I'm driving. The dealer which I Bought my Subie from is a Nissan/Carmax and the Techs could not mimic the sound or feel what I felt in the pedels. I've also installed the Group N Pitch Stop and thats the only mount I've install I have the Trans mount but haven't installed that yet. I've installed the Perrin Rear subframe Lock down Bolts subframe Bushings But have yet to install the diff bushings!
any advice?

Have you tried a subie technician? I know carmax guarantees their cars for a weeks if i remember right, you could try asking them if a subie technician finds the problem if they cover it under the carmax guarantee or what not.

Unless it's been a while since you've had the car

Well I have had my subie for about four months and the Noise started last week my friend said I might need a tuneup or it could be a loose hanger or something to that efect and I have had it to car to replace my rear diff and they wouldn't touch it so they sent it to a Subaru dealer to replace the diff so they might do that for this but then again they might not. Also doesn't subaru say that when you install group N mount it incresses the Vibration?

Not that much, If I were you I would go ahead and change out all the spark plugs and fuel filter and give a good look at everythere. When the car is running is the engine shaking around a lot while just sitting there? Does it also feel like you still have all the power when your getting on it?

Oh oops, you said it happens at idle. So no need to datalog i guess unless it happens as you are driving as well and then idle rough at like a stoplight or something. Have you been keeping up with your scheduled maintenances? 30k, 60k service. You need to change your plugs at 60k if you are close to those miles yet.

Can you still reach full boost? Have you tried to reset the ECU? Clean the MAF? When was the last time you replaced the plugs? Miles on the car? Mods?

Hope you still have the stock After MAF tube. You'll want to put that back on. A car that I worked on had one and it was causing a rough idle, strange readings from the MAF and a general hard time tuning it. After we put the stock one back in, reset the ecu, cleaned the MAF, car ran fine.

Plugs, I've been running NGK BKR7E. The only problem is these plugs were just discontinued by NGK... So I'm searching for a box of them.
