There could be alot of problems. We need some more info to help you out
Did you check and see that you are getting fuel??? Did you check and see that you were getting spark???

Well i am new to all this so i don't know how to check for spark on the wrx. I just put the motor in two days ago and its was pulled out to be rebuilt. So i have put in new spark plugs, I have checked over the wiring harness and it looks fine and hooked up right. The motors turns over nice but just doesn't want to fire up. No CEL's

i had the same problem with mine, although idk if it is the same situation...i tried to start my car one day and all it did was crank and crank until a CEL popped up...it was crankshaft sensor mallfunction, basically it was telling me it wont start because it apparently is a severe problem...but i reset my ecu and let the car sit for a lil and didnt have the problem since

Something's not hooked up. Have them look it over again, or you can. Something's unplugged.

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

Check to see if the crankshaft sensor is even in.Its in front under the alternator.Very small and easy to miss.Do you have a repair manual? If not,get one quick.Do you have any buddies near by that know cars?On modern fuel injected cars it can be a millon things:fuel pump, fuel pump relay, sensors, ignition relay..... On my truck there was a lose connection on my oil pressure sensor.Well if the ECU doesn't see an oil pressure reading it won't let the injectors fire.I spent a butt load of hours trying to track down a fuel problem that had nothing to do with the fuel system. After about the 20th time of looking at the wiring diagrams i finally realized what was going on.
