Turbo Timer location

Again when I baught my 02 WRX is already had a TurboTimer installed on it. Where are these things installed. Again SSO (StupidSubaruOwner)
for the time beinging. Learing fast though! Help Guys.. I need to know the ends and outs before I start modifying. thanks:

usually, its mounted on the trim panel next to the cuholder, or where the ashtray was. usually......

then it might not have one....a good way to check is to see if the wiring harness in the steering column has been modified. remove teh lower cover (three screws, if i remember) and look to see if the plug has a harness attatched to it. thts the only way i know of to see...unless someone hacked it into the harness. just look around...if its there..it will rear its lil head

Well I gotta have one...my car stays running for about 20 to 30 seconds after i turn the key off.. I will look under tomorrow to see if anything else is under there.. thanks dude..

on the left side of the stearing wheel there is a little compartment for change some people put them there. Check and let me know
