Turbo oil inlet problem

My turbo inlet oil line keeps leaking oil every 5 months. which I replaced one in jan, and now its smoking and leaking once again. my buddy thinks its a pressure problem, since i have my cobb tuner set to fuel efficient. Which my boost is set really low. Its not rubbing either so i dont know. About to get my new line here soon, and then turn my boost back up. Does anyone have any other suggestions, on what it could be? I had my engine block replaced a two years ago, is anyone think that my be it also? Thanks for your help

Any mods to the car other than an AP?

Where exactly is it leaking from? Is it by where the bolt to hold the line down is or where the hose connects to the piping?

The only other mod i have is a full 3 in exhaust. its leaking where the oil line connects to the turbo. right above the bolt. so its not a loose bolt.

I would first try and replacing the bolt and the washer with it. Im sure you can just order the part at a local subaru dealership or see if a local car parts store has it.

I believe this is what it is.

Well i put the new line on today, and put my boost back up. It looks something like that. But i guess ill see in 5 months if it breaks again. When i was putting it on i noticed that the bracket for the line was bending the line so i turned it around and theres alot less bending on the line itself. Thanks for all your help
