OK, so here is the info...
Front Left = -0.4 Camber, 0.03 Toe, 3.2 Caster
Front right = -0.3 Camber, 0.00 Toe, 3.6 Caster
Total Front = 0.03 Total Toe, 0.04 Steer Ahead
Rear Left = -1.4 Camber, 0.04 Toe
Rear Right = -1.4 Camber, 0.00 Toe
Total Rear = 0.04 Total Toe, 0.04 Thrust Angle
I had 235 40ZR17 G force TA BF Goodrich tires

Keep in mind, too, that a slightly higher tire pressure will give you a stiffer ride; a slightly lower tire pressure will give you a softer ride. How important is ride comfort to you in your daily driver? ...something else to consider.

That's not bad at all. Could use some more camber up front but I don't see anything there that would cause huge wear. Was it just the outer edge of your front tires? If so, could still be camber. If it was front and back, alignment might not be the issue.

Not sure what you mean?

Mosc, I got the alignmnet checked with my winter rims and tires on. Would this give me a different reading? I'll try and get some pics if I can get to my Rotas. There was MAJOR tire wear on the inside of the front drivers side tire.

No, offset and tire width don't affect alignment.
