thump noise

Whenever I shift hard(meaning at high rpms) into 2nd to 3rd there is a loud thud coming from, i think, the rear left of my vehicle. Whats could it be? I dont drive too aggressive and I broke the car in for 600 miles before I floored it. Please advise me.

It sounds like your

A. Backfiring
B. Trying to Rip your Clutch/Gears out
C. Knocking the Engine

In that order from the sound you have told me. If you could further explain I can try to help more

the thunk is likely the rear differential...

letting you know that you are slowly killing it

quick or hard shifts do damage....
seriously... try to shift gingerly and gently... rev match - your tranny/diffs will thank you in the long run and your car will last much longer...

cheers

Sure thing! I just put on a VF22 and I'm loving it, so I have a nice Garrett for sale! (less for BRSC members) I might be able to make it next weekend.

The 2 most repeated things I have to say are now in my sig to save typing an extra 5,000 characters a day:

*** DO NOT upgrade your intake until you upgrade your injectors ***
&
*** DO NOT raise boost until that ugly cat in your uppipe is gone ***
