Squeaking noise / boost leak

I've got an annoying whistle sound coming from under the hood, over on the passenger side. It's not extremely loud, sounds high pitched and raspy, and it isn't constant. The noise is most pronounced when the engine is under some load and maybe in the 70-90% throttle range. Best example is moderate acceleration on a slight incline.

First off. You are stage 2+ because you have a downpipe and a 3 port bcs. Idk, it sounds like the 3 ports tubes are loose or you need new gaskets for the DP/BPV. Did AMS change the gaskets for the DP and TurboXS BPV? I'd check there first.

Leaky gasket on DP...and sounds like wastegate flutter to me...

Thought the VF52 didn't have any flutter issues compared to the older VF's

Well it might not be. That was kind of a guess as to why the sound is intermittent and at that throttle position.

Paul: What would make you think that? The newer IHI turbos have better wastegates supposedly then previous VFs. But, I don't think that'd end flutter.

They did quite a bit of changes on the VF52 from what I've read on nastysock....

Meh, mine went away with the tune... Then again, so did the car.

Yes, it is the wastegate. When the wastegate is opening it makes the noise and I thing the solution will be external wastegate. But the mechanic said its normal.

Flutter is normal on a turbo charged car.
