Slow Coolant/winshield wiper fluid leak?

Hi All - I apologize if I'm posting this in the incorrect section. I was wondering if folks can educate me on if what I'm seeing is normal or there's a real problem. I have a 2012 WRX that has about 3000 miles. I recently noticed that my windshield wiper fluid was completely empty (i bought the car new and never used it until last week). I bought some winshield wiper fluid and then top it off. I haven't used it or driven my car and it looks like the level has gone down. I'm bringing in the car for my 3k service oil change so I'll be asking them to take a look but before I closed my hood I noticed that my coolant was near the "low" line.

I've never owned a WRX until now so I wasn't sure if it just burns through coolant faster? I woudln't think so but I figured I'd ask (or maybe its a slow leak too). I did install the GrillCraft Hood Scoop Grill and the lower grill so I wasn't sure if the installation of the grill prevented proper airflow that could affect the coolant too?

Another thing i noticed is that i smell something burning (almost like burned rubber) when I start the car after not using it for a few days but then it goes away after a few minutes not sure if it's related...

I looked around and dont see any leaks on the ground.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The coolant level will fluctuate sometimes.

As long as you have some in your reserve/overflow you will be ok. Just keep an eye on it. But i'd tell them about it (at least it would be on file in case something really is wrong).

Pics of the bottom grille area please?
