Clay bar maybe? Buy some of that industrial strength bug and tar remover. Works well but takes the wax right off...

I've heard i should try "goo gone" but i wasnt sure if that would hurt the paint at all. anyone have any experience with using that stuff?

mothers or griot's clay bar will work...

you can also try a nice bug n tar remover or adhesive remover like goo gone.. but be sure to wash immediately after using harsh products such as these...

iv'e used goo gone, even GUNK lots of times - but you have to rinse immediately with water

good luck! tree sap sucks!

Clay bars can be found at Advance Autoparts, Pep Boys, and stores of similar nature. Maguirs or however you spell it also has a cleaner for sap so you might want to check that out.

i worked at a car wash for 1 1/2 yrs. ive seen pretty bad tree sapped cars and da best thing to do is go to a local car wash cause they got the best stuff to remove tar sap and shit like dat. theres a brand called sap remover its all blk and it gets sap off like its nothing then after removing all the sap u wana wash ## car and wax it and then u will be good to go. (BUG OFF WORKS TOO)
