Im not sure how it happened, the connector on the ignition coil came out just enough to lose contact but not enough to notice. The only reason i noticed it is because when I pulled the plug out it was covered in gas.

It is running alot better now, having 4 cylinders and all. I dont have to worry about driving it to work or anything. It is still acting weird in boost though, i think i still have a boost leak or something.

Went to change plugs and when i got it out it had gas all over it. When disconnecting the connector from the coil pack or whatever its called, it didnt click off and just slid off. Reconnected it and its running alot better now.

Its still not 100%, doesnt seem to like boost, maybe a small boost leak.

Also sometimes, while accelerating like normal it will kind of jerk, i have no idea what is causing that.

Unrelated to your post....but, is there a sneaky reason behind your user name? CWOsiris. Like is it related to this? Skate Shoes / Osiris

Haha, was just wondering if you were a executive at the shoe company. No harm no foul. We can go back on topic now.

New theory:

Could it just need tuned? with the exhaust, bov and MBC, do you think a Cobb tuner would help?

There's no tune on it as it stands?

Yes, all of those mods constitute a need for a tune. The AP will work, but you will still need to take it for a tune (BOV/MBC)

Or even better, take the mbc off, and put a factory bpv on the car will run 100 times better. Then get that Cobb ap you were asking about. What is the exhaust you have on there. Is it a catback or turbo back? The stock bcs works just fine. As stated above randy has one. There is no need to have that thing at this point. The ecu adjusts boost based on several things, so when you have that on there you are only causing problems for the ecu, probably the issue you are having. Either tune for it(not a nessesary part for your mod list) or take it off. Not trying to be an a$$ hat, just wanna help you out.

Kevin.
Cobb ap stage 2 ots, catless uppipe, catless turboback, Cobb Sf intake.
