Problem with Blitz SUS Filter

I recently installed a Blitz SUS intake on my 2002 WRX Sedan. Aside from this and my TurboXS type H BOV, the car is completely stock. However, I seem to have a slight problem. When I slow down to stop or turn, my car will sometimes stall. I thought that this might be caused by running too lean because of the increase in air intake, so I reset my ECU in attempt to rememdy the situation. However, I have had it happen several times since then. I have only driven 25 miles since the reset. I was curious to whether or not anyone has had a similiar problem (I searched the forums, and I did not find anything addressing this matter), and, if so, what their solution to the problem was (or perhaps would be). Any help would be appreciated.

It has been several days, and I still haven't had a reply from Blitz and their wonderful costumer service department, but I have only had it stall one additional time, but I would still appreciate anyone's input . . . if anyone has any. Thanks.

The problem might be your BOV. I have seen several people who have that problem with them. Not just that BOV. It may be adjusted to release too easily, so when the car is idling it still releases pressure (probably not enough that you can hear it) so not enough air gets into the motor. Try adjusting the release on the BOV.

Also, make sure that when you put your intake on, you installed the MAF in the right direction.

the earlier blitz filters had a proplem with the US spec car.
they can send you the fix, or exchange for a new one.
even thought you just bought that unit. it could be an older new one.
it had to do with the size of the MAF housing, or its proximity to the air filter.

they should be able to fix you up
the bOV can be adjusted, I think there are some washers
ask around, or contact turbo XS.

I think it might be the Intake sounds like too much airflow at idle

Thank you very much . . . I have tried to call Blitz, but they have not responded. Fortunately, it has not stalled in seventy miles or so, which leads me to believe that the ECU has re-adjusted to the new component. I don't believe that it is the BOV because I had it for two months without any problems prior to getting the new filter. Thank you for your help.
