Positive af learning numbers

So after reading up. I am have the understanding you should want the values to be +\-8. After looking at my trims I have the following: a is at 11.40 but fluctuates regularly around there, b is at 7 but has been going every day. C is at 3, and d I think was at 0. Now for my af learning when at idle it will go up to 11ish, and when I start driving under low load it will however around 3.12. From what I gathered I have a leak somewhere, but I don't know where to look. If I'm misinterpreting these numbers or the general understanding please let me know. But I will admit I still don't fully understand it. So some in site will really help because I'm stressing over it. I have a 2013 wrx pro tuned with a Cobb dp, Cobb sf, and apt exhaust.

Thank you

Ok so from what I gathered from this article. You want you're af to be at like +14 something, but if it's higher then that you have a leak. Mine usually stays around 11. Every so often does it go to 14. And if I'm cruising and if I see high number like 10s up I have a leak. I'm usually staying around 3 now, then when I let off and go to a stop. It will go back up to 11 or so for the idle. But I'm still not sure if my numbers are within the acceptable ranges or good for that fact.
