Exclamation P0171 left bank lean

i have a 02 rex with a bull shit aftermarket intake, godspeed turbo inlet, godspeed aluminum y pipe, td05 16g turbo, 255lph CNT Racing high-flow/pressure fuel pump, and fuel filter, Cobb a.p.t., and a Borla hush cat back i have had my car in and out of the shop almost daily for the past two months and i am still popping the cel P0171 for lean left bank i have done smoke tests and cleaned my maf and checked the voltage to my o2 sensors and everything seems to be running fine but i still pop this code i dont sputter or stall out but it dose pop the P0171 evey once in a while i might drop idle from 6 to 400 but it goes right back to normal i am stumped and i am still new to the wrx land and the land of turbos and awd

PLEASE HELP what do i need to do for it to run right
i want to do this to the car every time the code pops

I can almost guarantee it's something with that globspeed stuff. Do you happen to have the stock y-pipe and inlet around?
