So after reading this thread I decided to take a look at my intercooler to throttle body connection, and I no longer have the cheep stock rubber. Rallitek must have replaced it when they built my motor. I'm totally stoked Im not sure what brand "AVO probably" but it looks pretty heavy duty almost like it's Kevlar wrapped or something?

Oh I didn't even think of it. It sounds exactly like when the y- pipe under my intercooler was loose.

Glad to hear it was an easy and free fix.........

Did your top mount come with the red AVO lettering on it, or a stencil to do it your self? I got mine back in early 08 and it doesn't have it and I would really like to get it done somehow without compromising the cooling abilities of the unit.

Nope, no red lettering or stencils to do it myself. It would make the TMIC look alot better though.

Yeah it sucks that in every add for them they have the lettering, yet I've only seen one person that had it and that was owned by the founder of Rallitek. I've also saw a limited edition one that was black with orange lettering, that one was frigging sweet!

Nope, intercooler was PC'd black from Perrin, I just stenciled on the red logo.

If you want to coat the whole intercooler, look into getting it coated with a heat dispersant. I was looking into doing it on mine since I don't like the idea of having PC all over my intercooler.
