Need help. cigarette lighter problems

Well i was charging my phone. then i pulled the charger out of the cigarette lighter and it fell apart. i got all the stuff out. but now the cigarette lighter won't work. i think i popped a fuse. but i cant find a fuse for so i looked in the owners book. and it told me what fuse it was but it did not tell me where it was. i know there is the main fuse box under the hood but its not in there. can someone help PLEASE.

Left side of the drivers side under the steering wheel.

Ummm... WRONG...this is an 04. Not 07. It's under the coin tray. Just pull it right off. Don't worry it'll snap back on.
