need help car not running correctly

ok so i but i blow off vavle on my 04 wrx witch was really bad. i only had it on there for 20 miles. and the car started to run like poop. so i took it off and put the stock stuff back on and brook the T fitting so i drove to the auto parts store with no boost or vac for 5 miles. so its all back together and now it feels like i lost alot of tq and hp like around 3 to 3.5k when the turbo spooled up it would put me back in my seat but it wont do that anymore. i thought it was the plugs were fouled becuase the car was running rich. and i really dont know how to change them. so i drove about 20 miles and thought the plugs would clean up but it still runs like poop. can someone help??? is it the plugs or something else???? any help would be very very nice thank you.

Can you still hear the turbo spool while driving? Is the lack of power only in that rpm range or is that where it starts and it follows through the whole tach?

Ya its lost hp from 3k to red line. and when the turbo is spooling there is a ticking sound. do you think that when i put in the stock bov there was something wrong with the gasket and its leaking??? becuase i can hardly hear wosh sound anymore.

Well, the stock BPV doesn't produce a lot of noise, even with the intake elbow delete. Double check all of your vacuum lines because it sounds like you might have a leak somewhere in your boost lines.
