MY CAR IS DEAD please help!

comein home from work last night and took off very gentlly from a light and my car started acting like it was not get fuel to all cyl kinda sounded like a real fast gargleing. and then it threw the code:P0463 which is fuel level sensor curcuit. and even when i gave it any gas and it didnt rev up (like i wasnt givin it gas) it just slowly went down to idle and then lower and lower and lower and then it just died and shut off. luckly yesterday was my friday and i have till thursday to get it running. so any help or input to where i can get that sensor or where its at on the car would be badass.

First off, zombie uprisings and Alien invasions are the only reasons for 21 exclamation marks. But fuel pump would be my guess.

can you hear the fuel pump coming on when you turn the key? also new parts doesn't mean it's good, there are some that have deficiencies. does it crank when you try to start it? have you checked your fuses?

From the little info that i could find on this code it sounds like some of the symptoms are a bad fuel guage correct? it reads empty and fluctuates? the few people that had this issue on nasoic said they had to replace the high input sensor.

P0463 and P0461 cels - NASIOC

The Subaru CEL thread - Page 5 - NASIOC

hope that helps a bit

......and where to get it

Exclamation marks removed. Send me a PM next time instead wasting everyone's time bitching here please.

Also, just because you bought something a month ago doesn't mean it didn't just break. That is a dumb reason to rule out the fuel pump.
