missing

hey everyone,
my 04 wrx is missing mostly when the weather is cold, if i pull all my gears out from 1to 3 somtimes no problem....... but when i hit 4 and 5 it misses real bad.
This started when the weather began to get cold like abt 30-40 degrees here in NY.
It Also misses in low gear as well .
Can anyone shed some light on this for me pl.
I had my plugs changed recently.

yeah i have a few mods such as FMIC,Perrin Fuel rails and sti injectors,blitz SBC-ID boost controller, U-tech computer, BOV, 3" exhaust pipe.
and i am currently pushing 19 psi on stock turbo.
when i am crusing in any gear and i hit the gas it misses really bad especially on the highways, the boost would go pass the preset level but this only started when the weather started to get cold.I lower the boost but problem still there.

thanks for asking that i have the stock plugs right now in the car but dont know abt the gap cause i had someone put them in for me and didn't ask them what gap they use.

Gap needs to be between .028-.032
