Misfire after AP install

Ok so I installed AP and got CEL " Misfire 1 & 2"
Tryed Dyno test to see if I gained or lost any HP from Intake because I put the stock back on and get to around 5600rpm and engine kinda bogs out and CEL flashes 8-10 times then stays lit?
Im flashed at Stage 1 93 and dont have any other mods done to the engine besides the IC hoses and Turbo inlet hose.
My guess is dirty injector?
Coil packs going?
Plug problem?
Map problem?

Im gonna reflash back to stock map tomorrow and see if it still does it.

Any takers on this?

Kinda strange. wouldn't really cause that code but check to see if all your new hoses are on properly and not leaking.
Could be dirty injectors...worth a look. Maybe check the spark plugs also. It could be both of these and with them combined with the new map it just doesn't like life right now. Or either one with the above ;-). Gl. Let us know if the stock map changes anything.

i had the exact thing happen just today. its flashed to stage 2 and im also get misfire 1 & 2 along with a PFFFE code. the plugs have been replaced less than 30k miles ago when the car had the stock ecu.the car also sat for 4 months so im hoping its just bad fuel.
ALLEXTINCT keep me posted on your findings.

So you brought the revs up (driving) and then got the misfire codes?

Misfires are a nightmare to find and DX. Also, depends on the type of plugs and heat range.

Did you get the latest firmware update on the AP ?

Yeah I did the firmware update last night and reflashed today.
I went back to stock and still got the CEL so its not AP.
So I went back to Stage 1.
Its weird because it will only start flashing at around 5600rpm when Im pushing it. Maybe not enough fuel getting to cylinders?

Im gonna get some inj. cleaner and try that out and see what happens, I think that since I always let my gas get so low it probable sucked up some crap from the bottom of the tank and clogged the inj.
Try that out REX and see if it helps you out?

Im just glad its not AP making it misfire.

Ill let you guys know how I make out.

Get the B12 chemtool or a Seafoam treatment.

Pull the plugs after the SF. Are they due anyways?

Yeah Im gonna seafoam it.
I just did the plugs about 2-3 months ago.
Im really hoping its just dirty injectors.
Im gonna have to stop letting the gas get so low in the tank Im almost certain thats the culprit.
Ill keep you guys updated.

Also I took my K&N intake off and put the stock back on and BOY what a difference!
Its like day and night, its got so much more pickup now and I can actually hear my exhaust again and not the intake.

Sethsbiz is an unknown
when my car was misfiring it ended up being off on timing. It Maybe a completly different issue but something to look into and get checked out.

While my shop was fixing the timing they went ahead and replaced the timing belt and water pump just a heads up.

My car did just hit over 100k so maybe I should get the timing belt replaced and see what happens, your recommended to get it replaced after 100k anyway right?

How much it run you for the replacement?

So I added some B12 to my gas over the weekend and romped on her today in 3rd on my way home and had no problems. I got to 6k with no hesitation or flashing CEL. So must have been dirty injector making misfires.
Actually runs alot nicer now so thankfully I dont have to go ripping apart my engine swapping coils and such.

Still gonna price around for the timing belt though.
