how much boost are you pushing? with an up & downpipe, turbo back exhaust and a mbc. I would hit the fuelcut at around 17-18psi, after adding the 255L pump and bumping the fuel pressure up 10psi, I had no problems. not the best way to go but its a start. I now have the STi injectors and a dyno tuned reflash to keep everything happy.

Sounds like you don't have fuel in there.

1.17Kmpc that equals 16.97psi. See for yourself http://www.sciencemadesimple.net/EASYpressure.html Set your T timer peak boost alarm at this level (assuming you have one) then adjust mbc accordingly. AZ Scoob is right, it is a fuel issue. Without changing the pump and injectors this will continue to happen...that's not good!

The best way I found to get peak boost is to roll into the throttle. On a nice streatch of road 4th or 5th gear, don't hit it just roll into it. Until I installed my dual timer did I discover this happy meduim.

Much more boost than this you are testing the limits of the stock turbo, which may not be a bad thing...Turbo upgrade.

Good luck
