Low Boost :( after returning to stock solenoid

Hi all,
I have a My02 Aus Spec WRX wagon and recently installed a MBC before i researched furthur and found out they are S$#T!! lol. After the car going in to limp mode i have returned to the stock solenoid but boost doesnt seem to be going over 9psi... I then flash tuned a stage 2 xpt map to my car but still the same 9psi, any ideas?
Cheers!

Has to be hooked up incorrectly. Check your connections/hoses

Make sure that the restrictor pill is in there too. You won't get to full boost without it.

9 psi is the magic number for wastegate turbo pressure. Did you reset the computer's learning after you flashed it? I know that sounds redundant, but my car retained memory on one of my reflashes. . . Or at least it didn't boost again until I reset the ECU learning.

Direct from Subaru. Dealer charges like, 2 dollars or less.
