"feels" like it only has 2lbs of boost? You'll need to lay down a little more info to get much help here. Does it have any mods? Check to see if anything isn't hooked up like the factory boost lines, do you have any CELs?

Need more Info.

Whatley.

How many miles does it have? Does it hesitate when you lift off of the gas? or when on the gas? Check the grounds and the spark plugs. Thanks.

sound like some one may have had a boost controler on it and removed it and forgot to hook up the boost solenoid, it is located under that little black cover on the passanger side just infront of the strut housing, it has two twist locks that hold the cover on, there should be a 3mm hose going from that vavle to the boost port on the turbo outlet tee, that hose will aslo go to the waste gate. make sure that the low pressure side of the T is going to the boost sol, and the high pressure side to the waste gate.

If nothing else, just get a boost gauge from pep boys or somethin for like 50 bux, it'll give you exactly what boost your runnin at. My money is on a bad plug/wire but why on such a new car? hmm..

This sounds probable.
