help . no power . car wont start . 02 wrx wagon

the problem i need help with is, car will not start symptons are stated below, it is a 02 wrx wagon with 190k miles i just put a clutch and spark plugs in it about 3 months ago, the car has had a cai, exhaust, and bov upgraded about 3 years ago.

1. turn the car to acc everything works
2. turn car to on position everything dies interior lights , odometer no power to anything
3. just for a few seconds before everything dies you can turn the car to the start position and the top soilnoid (brown color one) to the left under the steering wheel makes a clicking noise
4. i removed and tested all the soilnoid and they all function and show little to no resistance
5. i took a jumper wire and jumped the start position on the ignition and that soilnoid will make clicking noises but the starter does not move
6. removed the battery and tested it at autozone they said it was bad, so put a new battery and still has same issues as before.
7. removed the starter and had it tested at autozone and it spun over fine and had about 100 amps on the little meter but the guy said you shouldnt be able to pull the rotor gear out by hand.

im kinda lost as to what to try next, any ideas anyone. any help is greatly apreciated anyone local to raleigh nc have a wrx i can borrow the ecu out of to try and see if its my ecu...

a few things to add
1. about a month ago i had a problem with the neutral safety switch working only when it wanted to. so i removed the plug and made a jumper so you dont have to press in the clutch to start the car anymore.
2. also tried to roll start the car and it wont start because of the no power when at the on position.

ok guys thanks for the 24 people who looked at my thread... i fixed it today after about a total of 5 hours of troubleshooting, it turned out the main power cable going to the battery was corroded terribly and i replaced that and cleaned up all the ground contacts and it fixed it...
