Help needed: Misfire Cylinder 3

I have a 2003 Subaru WRX and it's been having some issues with 4th gear and 5th gear. At first I thought was the clutch slipping because the car would loose power at those gears. I took it to track yesterday and finally the check engine light came on and when I plugged in the OBD II it read "Misfire - Cylinder 3" any idea what could cause it?

The car would start up now, but after tracking it I think it gotten worst b/c now the car would start up rough but I can still drive it around.
The car has 130K miles on it and I'm worried if I don't get this fixed, it could lead to other mechanical problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be spark plug? What should i try first?

Spark plugs are kinda fun to do. Try a new fuel filter first. Cheap and very easy to change. I was having the same issue and that fixed me up. I also changed the plugs but it didn't work for me.

Do a SeaFoam treatment to see if it'll clear it up.
