If there's no fuses blown or damaged wiring, I would unplug your sensors, turn key on, and check pins on harness with a multimeter. One of the wires should be a heater wire and have voltage. If you have correct voltage its probably your sensor. If you don't then its a electrical problem.
I found the diagnostic procedure for those 2 codes in my service manual. Now I just gotta figure out how to get it from my computer to here. Im computer challenged.
Sorry on the late replay Paul, but no it isn't, I finally got my multimete last night back and did all my testing, it is the sensor so I ordered my downstream sensor now I just have to find the upstream sensor
So guys, I changed all the sensors, checked all the wiring and still have the codes.
Talked to tuner and they said they are for sure it is a wiring issue.
Will be bringing my car into a local shop and have them try and fix it for me, I have given up hope doing it myself
