Both code are popping up after I warmed my car up this morning, How to fix these code? What could have caused this? Should I just go get protuned?

If there's no fuses blown or damaged wiring, I would unplug your sensors, turn key on, and check pins on harness with a multimeter. One of the wires should be a heater wire and have voltage. If you have correct voltage its probably your sensor. If you don't then its a electrical problem.

Sorry on the late replay Paul, but no it isn't, I finally got my multimete last night back and did all my testing, it is the sensor so I ordered my downstream sensor now I just have to find the upstream sensor

So guys, I changed all the sensors, checked all the wiring and still have the codes.
Talked to tuner and they said they are for sure it is a wiring issue.
Will be bringing my car into a local shop and have them try and fix it for me, I have given up hope doing it myself
