electrical problem

ok so i go to turn my car off pull out the key and i notice the radio is still on my volt gauge is too and my wipers still work even after the car is locked up. so im thinking ignition short or something and i dont want to take it to the dealer because they always charge out the butt for stupid stuff. anyone got suggestions?

Do you have a turbo timer? Does the car just stay like this until the next time thst you get into it?

no turbo timer. and i think i fixed the problem. there was a short in one of my ignition wires. thanks though man.
